About the broker
Rich Sladick has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1999, representing buyers, sellers, borrowers, investors, and tenants. After working for other brokerages, Rich realized that the offices he represented did not offer him the tools he needed to give his sophisticated clients the edge in today's fast changing world.
Rich’s wife and two daughters are the most important part of his life. His greatest desire was to give them the confidence and security they deserved. Combining Rich's dissatisfaction with his current brokerage and his need to provide a stable life for his family, it was clear that Rich needed to open his own Real Estate Company. Rich knew that he wanted the name of his firm to represent something that was very important and dear to him, so he decided the company be named after his first born daughter, Cabrey Lane.
Rich has a great partner in his close friend Michael Vidal. After meeting at church over 16 years ago, they have worked together since 2002. Michael has vast management and marketing experience in several industry sectors including Real Estate. Today, Rich Sladick and Michael Vidal own and operate two successful offices in Southern California. Cabrey Lane represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in the Southern California market.
